Internet Data eXchange (IDX) is a policy that allows brokers to display one another's property listings on the Internet. Using our convenient framed IDX solution, Brokers can post listing information directly from REcolorado on their own website.
According to a recent study from the National Association of Realtors, the majority of homebuyers use real estate search sites. Allowing online buyers to search on your site through IDX gives you an edge. Once they’ve found the home of their dreams on your website, you’ll be there when they need a professional to interpret listing data and negotiate the transaction on their behalf.
Use Professional/Framed IDX to allow your clients to seamlessly search Active, Under Contract, or Sold REcolorado® listings directly from your real estate website. You can also provide a “My Listings” page. The listing search includes map-based search capability as well as lead generation linked directly with your Matrix account. Give your customers and clients the power to easily search homes using your real estate website.
