Use this form if you need to setup a new office.

REALTOR® Members in good standing in any recognized REALTOR® Association or NAR pay a $100 processing fee to establish a new office.

Non-REALTOR Members pay a $275 processing fee to establish a new office. You and all licensees under your direct supervision and control will need to attend an orientation class within 90 days of account establishment, or your Matrix (MLS system) access may be suspended and a reinstatement fee may be charged when your access is restored.

Your initial setup fee and the monthly subscription fee for the current month will be charged when REcolorado completes your account setup. After that, your monthly subscription fee is billed on the first of each month.

As part of your New Office setup, please confirm that you have read and agree to comply with the terms of the MLS Rules and Regulations, and the REcolorado Participation Agreement.
